If after 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your memory foam mattress, you can return it for a 100% refund less restocking charges. Return freight charges including insurance costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Product shipped back collect will be refused.  Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and if it is found to be in acceptable condition we will issue a full refund. Acceptable condition being product free of stains and no obvious signs of misuse or damage. We must be notified within 10 days after your 30 day trial expires. We will not accept returns BEFORE the 30 day trial has expired, as it can take some time to adjust to a new mattress.

20 Year Limited Warranty 

Your Memory Foam Mattress will be replaced or repaired at our expense should it be deemed to be defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects. It is understood that this limited warranty does not cover the normal wear or the increase in softness of memory foam mattresses. This warranty covers:

• Body indentations on the memory foam layer which are greater than 1" that are not associated with a foundation problem.
• Compression of foam in base portion greater than 1"

This warranty does not cover:

• Mattress cover (including stains, soiling, or burns)
• Damage due to use of an improper foundation, box spring, or platform. A proper foundation consists of at least 5 legs or 5 cross slats.
